FeelViana is a 4-star sustainable sport hotel set in a pine forest on the Cabedelo beach in Viana do Castelo. Surf, kitesurf, wing foil, wakeboard, bike trails and spa — all under one roof. The brief: translate this rich, dual identity into a website that felt premium and immediate, and converted every visitor into a direct booking.
A hotel website is rarely about the hotel alone — it's about convincing someone to choose this specific place, over everything else available at a click.
Ana, 34 — Active lifestyle, eco-conscious
Weekend escaper and experience seeker. Browses on mobile, decides by feel not price. Wants to understand what she'll do before considering where she'll sleep. Needs: bold activity storytelling, frictionless booking, and a site that matches the energy she's booking into.
Sport energy + coastal luxury. Two identities. One brand.
Previous site lacked personality. Activities buried under standard hotel content. Poor mobile UX losing guests before they reached the booking engine.
Full-bleed photography as the primary narrative. Activities given equal visual weight to rooms. Booking entry point persistent across scroll.

Nature and sport don't compete — they amplify each other. The design had to show that without saying a word.
The homepage is built around a cinematic scroll — each section reveals a new layer of the FeelViana experience. From the pine forest setting to ocean surf to the spa, it builds anticipation the same way the hotel itself does. Typography is bold and direct: guests scan, they don't read.
The activity booking entry point is pinned in the hero and repeated at key scroll moments. Rooms and sport experiences share the same visual hierarchy — signalling that FeelViana is as much about what you do as where you sleep. Direct booking conversion was the north star of every layout decision.
A visual system rooted in the hotel's natural environment — earthy, coastal, and built to perform under GuestCentric's CMS constraints.
Full-bleed sections. Activity cards with persistent CTAs. Sticky booking bar. Responsive from 320px. Custom HTML/CSS/SASS layered on top of the GuestCentric platform.
